Butler vs. Functional Services, Inc.; District Court, Harris County, Texas; This was a minority shareholder oppression case in which we represented Mr. Butler, one of the shareholders. The case resulted in a settlement.

Hoggett vs. Brown, and others; District Court, Harris County, Texas; We represented Mr. Hoggett in this action. We tried this case and obtained a verdict for $2,600,000.

Richardson vs. Texas Surgical Associates; District Court, Harris County, Texas; TSA was sued by a former shareholder claiming he was owed a substantial sum of money under a shareholder buy/sell agreement. We successfully represented TSA in a jury trial that resulted in a take nothing verdict by the plaintiff. We also recovered on our counterclaim against the shareholder, Dr. Richardson.
