The Ballard family sued Farmers Insurance for coverage

verdict in excess of $33 million, the second largest verdict
in Travis County. The case settled while on appeal.

and bad faith. The case was tried in November, 2002. It
settled during trial for $3.2 million.

Ridge Baptist Church vs. Utica Lloyds, et al;
District Court, Montgomery County, Texas; Our firm represented
a church in its insurance claim against Utica Lloyds for
the damage to its multimillion dollar campus. The jury
returned a verdict for the Church, and a final judgment
of $5,140,000.00 was entered.

Insurance Co. of America; United States District

Our Firm represented Pride International in a lawsuit
against Royal Insurance Company for insurance coverage

family in their insurance claim against Liberty Mutual
Insurance on their multi-million dollar home. The case
