Jennifer Rustay is a lawyer at
Hagans, Burdine, Montgomery, Rustay, & Winchester,
P.C. She began her career with Bracewell &
Patterson LLP after
graduating from Baylor Law School and clerking
for the Honorable Sam Johnson of the United States
Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. While
in law school, Jennifer was a Notes and Comments
Editor for the Baylor Law Review, won awards in
mock trial, and served as the President of the
Moot Court Society. Today, along with handling
a full docket of cases, she serves on the Board
of Trustees for the Houston Lawyer Referral Service
and the State Bar of Texas Women in the
Law Council, chairs the Association of Women Attorneys'
Judicial Screening Committee, and speaks frequently
at continuing legal education conferences.
