| Kendall
attended the University of Texas Law School where
he graduated in 1984 and was a member of the Review
of Litigation. Prior to law school, Kendall attended
the University of Houston where he obtained his
B.B.A. in Finance and graduated
cum laude, in 1981. Kendall is licensed to practice
in Texas and Ohio. He has been practicing law
since 1984, starting his career at Deaton, Briggs
& McCain (1984-1990), O’Quinn &
Laminack (1991-1999), Kelley & Ryan, P.C.
(1999-2001), and is currently practicing law at
Hagans, Burdine, Montgomery, Rustay, & Winchester.
Kendall is a member of the Houston Bar Association,
Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association,
State Bar of Texas, Association of Trial Lawyers
of America, and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
He is admitted to practice in the 5th Circuit
Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the
Southern, Western and Eastern
Districts of Texas and all Texas Courts. His experience
as a trial attorney encompasses the areas of commercial
litigation, professional liability, and personal
injury law.
