Jared, a 1997 honors graduate, Order of the Coif, from the University of Texas School of Law, spent eight years in the litigation section at Vinson & Elkins, LLP before joining Hagans Bobb & Burdine. During his years at Vinson & Elkins, Jared gained valuable trial experience handling cases involving the full spectrum of civil litigation including commercial litigation, business torts, construction disputes, product liability matters, and lawsuits involving personal injuries. Jared brings those years of experience to his practice today, which includes representing plaintiffs in a wide variety of matters including commercial litigation and business disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith, product liability matters, professional malpractice, intellectual property disputes, wrongful death and serious personal injury, and other civil trial matters.
